Villa Berg is located in Valbandon, a town near Fažana in beautiful Istria.

Rustic architecture completely blends in with nature, it is a real oasis of peace where you can indulge in total enjoyment.

The spacious 531m2 villa offers accommodation for a maximum of 12 people. The bright, modern interior of the villa consists of 4 floors and has 6 rooms for a total of 12 people, 5 double beds and two single beds. In addition, there are 3 baby cots and 3 baby feeders.

On the ground floor of the villa there is one room with a double bed, bathroom, small kitchen and living room. On the first floor of the villa there is a larger kitchen with dining room, living room and three bedrooms for a total of 5 people with two bathrooms and one separate toilet. On the second floor there is also a small kitchen with dining area, and two rooms for 5 people with two bathrooms. Each floor has its own balconies for taking a break.

In the basement there is a playroom with table football, billiards and darts for adults and accompanying content for children, such as children’s darts… there is also a large wooden table with benches where family and friends can hide from the strong summer sun.

The total parcel area is 1550m2. In this spacious yard you will find a private 43m2 pool with 10 deck chairs, next to the pool there is a covered dining area with a barbecue where you can prepare fine fresh fish, meat or various vegetables.

The yard is adorned with olive trees that provide a little shade for the children’s playground, and while the children are playing on the playground, some can frolic in the pool, and tennis fans can enjoy table tennis outside. Fun is guaranteed!

Also in a fully equipped villa, the hosts let you have their own olive oil for a better and tastier barbecue produced at the Leonardo Bergić family farm.

The house has a large garage and outdoor parking.

Smoking inside the house is prohibited.
